the problem with the teleporters on dredknights is mainly the cost, plus chances are they will be in the advance line so will be on their own to get shot at lots which in my experience tends to kill em. other option with them is it depends what you roll on your grand strategy as I like to give them scout and then outflank with them. On your lists I prefer the 1st one

Ok I've edited your list to make it more readable (for me at least)(sorry just looked like a wall of text Luke)

Couple of thoughts about some of the choices;

Your hitting the new problem with IC's - do you give your GM an AP2 melee weapon or not, but doing so sends them to I1 nd therfore risk them getting simultaneously killed by another character with power fist? I think because of this you are going to see a lot of Grey Knight players (as currently they are the only ones who can) taking Warding Staves on their squad leaders. That way if there is a challenge the Squad leader steps up with a 2+ Inv whilst your high Initiative IC dishes out hurt on the rest of the attacking unit.

Onto list specifics; I don't really see the need to spend so many points on Strikes giving them Halberds over Swords. It is definetely with the Purifiers and Terminators that you can rock with loads of Halberds, as they cost next to, or, nothing and with 2 or 3 attacks each it is much more worth the investment than on single attack strikes

Psybolts I think are going to become even more of a thing to have than before. The meta is likely to shift, at least at first, to lots more foot slogging infantry. So S5 against them is always good. Furthermore, S5 will give you more shots per squad that can glance away hull points on AV11 vehicles - which a LOT of flyers are, therefore making you more effective at taking them out.

Lastly Dreadknights are nice big beat-sticks and I have seen a lot of success running them with teleporter and heavy incinerator. But I probably would only take one and then get yourself some Psy-Rifle Dreads; yes I know boring and what everyone else does, but 4 twin-linked S8 shots is pretty much the only long range AV you can get in the codex, and against flyers the twin-linking is going to massively increase your chances of scoring a few hits.

So with all that in mind if I was going to do a 2k Grey Knight list like yours I would probably go for something like:

I like some elements of the list, but this is based on things I already have. I want the GM there to make the purifiers and/or dreadknights scoring. And I refuse to take rifleman dreads because a) they are gay and b) after playing against Gaz I've realised just how easy they are to glance to death. My reasoning with having 2 dk's is that at least one of them should do some damage before being shot to pieces. Also after having bought and painted two FW dreads at a silly amount of money I don't really want to hack arms off and replace them with extra autocannons.
I will keep the warding stave idea in mind though.
