So i took my deamons for the soft scores (second painting nomination.. get in) with:

Kugath
Epi
Dj scribes

14 plague bearers with icon
14 plague berarers with instrument
6 nurgling bases
8 horrors with bolt and changeling

3 flamers
6 fiends - one with strength

1 daemon prince , wings, gaze, hide, touch and flies.

First Game.kill points Vs gaz's eldar ... with 10 wraithguard on foot!! yay!!!!

gives me first turn and leaves everything in reserve. my uber wave turns up and castles a bit on the right so i dont get piece mealed..

most of his army turns up and goes the other end of the table to get some range on me while his dragons and some jet bikes go to kill kugath and the easy kill flammers. Kugath lives!! wooohaa..

Next bit of the game is spent takin out the dragons with kugath and immobilizing there serpent and slapping the bikes.. everythign else then starts making it way towards the rest of his army or deepstriking near to get some shoots off and attack in a big rush.. manage to strip 3 wounds from the avatar with some shocking armour saves from gaze fom dj scribes..

Avatar charges horrors and stays there pretty much for the rest of the game, killing one a turn

nurglings and deamon prince charge the wraithguard with the farseer and splat the seer...

then.....(grr) im on 19 tally points. i need one kill to get power weapons on my nurglings and bearers and can then roundly trounce the wraithguard and the wraithlords behind... he rubs his hands with glee..... and spanners his difficult terrain test leaving them in the open and the nurglings and deamon prince to thier fate.. which die messily.. meanwhile the moronic plaguebearers mill arround and get spanked by every spare ap 2 weapon, flammer and kitchen sink in the army and then finnished off by charging wraithlords..

my last turn is spent rolling similar rolls in an attempt to finnish of the immobilized serpent with epi and his bodyguard.

i loose but get a few points.... on reflection at a conservative estimate, with kill points being 100 vps each, the failed charge cost me roughly 1200-1500 vps . gutted. lol

My memory is poor but he was a throughly nice fella with marines. Mission was loot counters, pitched battle.

He had:

Libby with storm shield, terminator armour, null zone (eek) and avenger.

8(?) assault termies as a body guard.. all thundered up

techmarine with 3 servitors with stuff

10 marines with fist, flamer and missile with a las razor back

10 marines with fist, melta and multi melta with pod

5 sniper scouts

ven dread with assault cannon and heavy flamer.

3 speeders with ass cannons and heavy bolters/multimelta

whirlwind

He set up across 2 thirds of the table in a rough gun line... speeders and scouts on the flanks.

I get first turn and get my second choice wave, and then bar that ipretty much start playing a text book daemons game. Turn one the flammers turn up on the left flank and kill all the scouts and stunn the razor. nurglings turn up and run in to cover, as does the Pb's and prince lands and fires a few pot shots.

His drop pod comes in , combat squads and tries to kill a few bits, few Pbs dead. The razor squad jumps out and hammers a few nurgling bases.

Next turn all but fiends turn , kugath goes and deals with the marines that were inside the pod (2 live , the nurglings charge the techmarine, kill the servitors, make the techie run and then heard him off the table. The scribes and horrors turn up and blat 2 speeders And the deamon prince goes and tries to kill the libby so that null zone doesnt start ruinin my day, he rolls a crap DT test and sits there... this is begining to get annoying.. but i cant complain as the flamers have killed the 5 man combat squad, stunned the razor again and killed 2 termies all in one joyus 3 template shooting phase .

His turn he charges the libby and the termies and casts null zone. he gets a bad DT test too and can only contact with the libby , aahhhhar!! karma. they strip a wound off each other and the termies lap arround, a few wounds here and there caused from whirlwinds, heavy bolters and the lone missile launcher with the nurgling taking the main brunt of it, one base left. 2 marines start running away to an objective.

At this point im pretty confident of a 20 nil so long as the prince can hold the termies long enough for some back up.

My fiends turn up kugath finnishes the pod because , well, why not ,everything else is too far away. Scribes and horrors fire in 3 different directions and kill another speeder and the 2 running marines. The nurgling base charges the missle combat squad and holds and the daemon prince kills 2 termies and takes 2 wounds back - good boys - pat pat. Mean while the flammers immobilse and weapon destroy the razor and charge and then kill it

His turn he runs the last stunned speeder away and the prince takes a wound, the nurglings succumb to the tactical squad and the dread lumbers toward kugath.

The last meaningfull turn(s) is me running all my troops to the obectives with the fiends slapping the libby and termies with the help of the prince who then maul the ven dread and kugath finnishes with a nice left hook and the scribes splitting off and chassing the last speeder. The flammers weapon destroying and immobilizing the whirlwind and then charging it and destroying it!!!! wooohar

Win 20- 0 and him gone to a man. 2150 to 156.

Capture the flag vs slanneshi steves deamons so frankly i cant remember the deployment cos it was irrelavant. Very Very bloody game

Steve had:
Boobie deamon
tzeentch prince on foot with breath
slannesh prince on foot with strength
the mask
10 letters
15 deamonettes
10 deamonettes
3 flamers
15 plaguebearers
6 fiends
6 seekers

He got first turn and brought down fiends, mask, seekers, letters and small deamonettes unit scattererd around the board.

I got my uber wave, flammers, dj scribes, kugath and epi and friends. Epi and the horrors fairly central as far away as i coudl fromt he letters and fast stuff, the flammers came in right next to the deamonetters. ... ku'gath..well kugath came in nearish the deamonettes too.. and scattered 10 inchehes right in to the middle of em :S .... a natural 6 later and hes back in to reserve. The flamers decimate the deamonettes and the horrors completely spanner their shots and only kill 2 seekers. :S grrr.

Steves turn and most of his stuff turns up bar the plaguebearers and boobie deamon everything starts to converge on epi. seekers charge the horrors and kill a couple and the fiends ream the 3 flamers, his flammers turn up and kill a few of epi's Pb;s

My turn, all i get is the fiends, they deploy at the back so i can counter charge when epi inevitably gets swamped by the 2 Mc;s 6 fiends 15 deamonetters and 10pbs runnign towards him. The combat between the horrors is helped a bit by 2 cheeky aura of decays from the scribes, one from epi and epi's unit 3 way multi charging the flammers the last 2 deamonettes and the seekers. at the end all thats left is one seeker.

Steve bring his pbs and boobie deamon on. right next to the fiends and epi resepectivly. everything charges epi and his bodyguard.. this is not going to be pretty. at the end of the combat epis heavily wounded and there is 2 pbs left.. ones the icon tho.. im on the ropes but a plan forms. the scribes have finnished ofthelast seeker and are free, the horrors are toast however.

Kugath arrives !!! hurrah.... and the pbs land near his objective and the nurglings face off vs the mask, the deamon prince start facing off the 2 walking princes. I use the icon to land kugath near the combat where epi is fighting for his life in the way of his boobie deamon from joining in...the wind rustles and kugath dares the pink thing to charge him in a matrix styl-ee. the scribs move right up to the edge of the combat too.. the fiends charge the pbs as i realize if this works then there gonna be rock hard soon the same as my own Pb's. My shooting phase sees 4 aura of decays rip through the combat , decimating the deamonettes and the letters. the actuall combat phase sees epi survive somehow and finnish off the letters and the deamonettes. The fiends stick the boot in to the plague beaeres.

Steves turn is simple.. is mostly on going combats with the boobie deamon charging kugath taking a wound for its troubles, and the slanneish prince charging the fiends. Epi dies, my fiends take a mauling and the last one hit and runs. His fiends start moving towards kugath.

My turn , my pb unit claiming the objective decide to help kugath but roll pants Dt's. my prince charges his slannesh prince and kills it and the nurgling charge the mask for a stale mate.

Basically what happens next is a bit bitty.. his tzeentch prince hangs about flamming the odd thing and then 2 big combats not that far apart errupt.. nurglings and my prince vs mask and his PBs and my pbs and kugath vs fiends and boobie deamon. i eventually grind them all down and kill most of them, kugaths on a wound and my prince is ok but with 2 pesky pbs still alive on the objective his few remaining fiends have hit and run - his tzeentch prince is still just hanging about.

The last game turn(7 now i think) is the tzeentch prince trying to get the last wound off kugath and his fiends roaring off to try and kill my prince and save the the game by saving his scoring unit to get some last vps. Luck goes my way and kugath slaps the prince, my prince survives and kills the last 2 pbs and even manages to maul the fiends.

Game over.. a blood bath.. minor win to me as the prince is on half wounds and kugath is still there on one. i get almost full vps as there is one fiend left. Out of 3000 points there is 5 wound left on the table.. awsome game.

he took the first turn and evetrything comes on bar the termies, i brought down kugath, flammers, scribes and horrors and mr epi. the scribes scatter baddly and go back in to reserve - i kill a few marines.

Lash prince lashes my flammers and also shoots them with the 3 battle cannon - nothing -and then charges them, fails utterely to kill a single one. weeeey! few shots at kugath form plasma , one wound. hes facing off vs 14 marines .. oh this will be good.

My turn, nurgling turn up in a random piece of cover to protect epi. my prince and fiends turn up behind his battlecannon gun line and the prince immobilises a vindie with his shooting. kugath wades in the the packed marines shooting and charging he kills in the region on 10 marines .. i love my little snot covered fella..

in his turn the zerkers are still in the rhino not doing much :S,, his prince STILL hasnt killed a flammer and he throws more bodies in to the kugath combat. tally quickly racks up to the magic 20 as kugath slaps the the sorcerer and a few more marines.

My turn more pb's turn up (near the deamon prince to pough in and kick it if the flammers carry on rolling saves like they are) and scribes turn up. horrors immobilize the zerker rhino, the fiends charge it and finnish it off. killing 2 zerkers in the explosion. dj scribes immobilizes a vindi. and the deamon prince charges the other and kills it. a flammer finally dies.. just the one mind.

Mr pecks last turn (turn 5) hes screwed and i think he can see it.. still its fun and played in a friendly way. his termies turn up and get charged by powerweapon nurglings, zerkes charge fiends and get slapped, a vindie fails his changeling test. prince gets charged by defiler and slaps it. kugath slaps the last marines and plague beaerers charge lash prince and ream it.. game over. he has one termi left and we call it a day

20 -0 woot.. and a podium finnish in my sights if i can get a good last win.
